No oil or butter
- 2 super ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 cups of rolled oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 bars of Krakakoa Cinnamon bar, cropped
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Preheat oven at 175.
Line a baking sheet with silicone baking mat.
In a large bowl, add oats and mashed bananas. Mix with a fork until it becomes an evenly mixed, thick batter.
Make 8 round balls out of the cookie batter.
Gently press down on each ball so that it flattens into a round disc.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until cookies are lightly brown and set.
