- 100 gr Krakakoa Chocolate Bars (100% dark chocolate and 45% milk chocolate)
- 1 cup of Milk
- 1,5 tbs Cornstarch
- 30 gr Coconut sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
- Pinch of Salt
- Krakakoa Coconut and Cashew Cacao Nibs
- Melted Dark Chocolate
Chop the chocolate bars.
Pour milk into a bowl, mix with coconut sugar, cinnamon powder and salt.
Simmer for 5 minutes then add cornstarch at the end.
Strain the liquid into the chopped chocolate.
Let them set for 5 minutes.
Mix them well then pour the mixture into a glass.
Pour it into the popsicle molds.
Place them in the fridge and leave it overnight.
Lastly, add melted dark chocolate and Krakakoa coconut & cashew cacao nibs as toppings.
